talking brand of radio hosts you normally hear, they
are the real deal and are known for shaking things
up and making things happen.

Ceasar Elpidio is a Professor of Business & Management education, and the
President of an Insurance Agency. He is well known for his work on behalf
of Filipino American Unrecognized veterans of World War Two. A veteran himself
he believes it is long overdue to honor these forgotten veterans and this subject is
very dear to his community activity. He has served in many community
organizations and uses his voice to advocate for problems affecting our lifestyle by
working with news makers that direct the laws and policies in our daily lives.
Cool Hand Luke Perry follows in the line of the late actor Paul Newman, and never
has been a fan of parking meters or paying to park in public locations paid for by
our tax dollars. If you have ever had the chance to see the movie you know this
means Luke is a very Independent leader and sticks by those in need or faced with
hard times. He believes the use of our tax dollars should be for the needs of
America first and will always address any news stories showing misuse of our tax
money we pay into the public system. Luke is a very outspoken personality on many
subjects as a former advocate for the Motion Picture and Film Industry and other
entertainment communities and companies. He has served on various appointed
Commissions and Boards dealing with issues from land use to job development.
Ceasar Elpidio and Luke Perry were penned the TWO GUYS in 2012, when their
work together ended up affecting a U.S Senate election with their advocate work
on the Filipino American veterans issue. Both Ceasar and Luke are known now as
the TWO GUYS getting things done.
